Love Island hunk Anton Danyluk has wowed his fans with his epic weight loss transformation, which he achieved in just one week.
The personal-trainer-turned-reality-star has lost 12.3lbs in seven days and is already sharing his success secrets to help his fans get into shape.
Anton couldn’t wait to share his results on Instagram and uploaded his post straight away.
Posing in a mirror selfie, Anton showed off his washboard abs as a result of his epic body transformation.
The result spoke for itself as Anton showed off his perfectly carved-out abs.
His bulging biceps were on full display as he flexed for his followers in the saucy post.
“Lost 12.3lbs in 7 days,” Anton began.
He continued: “The picture on the left is last Monday after a week on holiday and the other this morning. I’m not pushing my stomach out in the first one I was genuinely just bloated.
“I would never usually post a picture of me like this (even in the second photo) as I can/ have looked a lot better than both of these photos, however I want to be real with you and take you through week by week on my journey back to my best, giving you tips and techniques to help you in anyway!”
Summarising his points, Anton told followers he had fasted for 48 hours, then ate 3,000 calories per day from last Wednesday and continued to consume the same amount for the rest of the week, which led him to achieve his goal.
His fans were impressed by the transformation, with one writing: “That’s amazing! Well done you! Great dedication Anton! Xx.”
“Smashed it brother!” another gushed.
However some fans were confused by Anton’s new physique after one pointed out how he went from “bloated” to toned in just a week.
They wrote: “I’m confused on 1st October u look toned on beach. But last Monday u looked like that how’s that possible.”
Anton admitted the “bloat” was all water weight, as he replied: “Never underestimate how much water can make you look! There was 12lbs worth there,” followed by a laughing emoji.
Another shunned: “Great work but it’s just a calorie deficit people really not that hard!”
But the fitness star set records straight, admitting he didn’t fast for two days in order to “lose weight”.
He shared back: “I agree but there is benefits to fasting other than weight loss… that’s why I done it not for weight loss!”
Despite the divide of fan reactions, Anton looked fantastic as he smashed his fitness goals.
