Millie Mackintosh has revealed how she has managed to shed her post-pregnancy weight.
Now, taking to her Instagram Stories, Millie shared how she has focused on being healthy and losing her pregnancy weight after giving birth.
Millie captioned a sweaty post-workout image of her with a skipping rope: “Lots of you have been asking me about my diet/work out routine.
“It is pretty simple, I set myself the task of moving more and eating better, I want to be honest the weight has not just fallen off!”
She added: “I am having to work at it every day and sometimes I really don’t feel like it but I am seeing results now and that is inspiring me to keep going.”
Elsewhere, Millie posted another photo to Instagram that revealed another postpartum milestone: she finally managed to fit into a pair of pre-pregnancy jeans!
Sharing an image of herself in the slimming blue jeans and spotted blouse, Millie penned: “First time back in a pair of my favourite pre pregnancy jeans!
“It took a while to get them on and sitting down is challenging but it still feels like a win #postpartumbody #6monthspostpartum “.
It seems Millie is fully embracing her body too as a recent post also saw her write a love letter to breasts and speak candidly with her 1.4million Instagram followers.
“I always felt you were a bit small and I planned to do something about you at some point.
“Then, when I was pregnant you amazed me by doubling in size and then a lot more after Sienna was born and my milk came in.”
She continued: “You fed my baby for the first four months of her life and for that I will always be grateful. Now you’ve deflated and after being so stretched, you look a little sad and saggy.
“How I miss you being being perfect and perky. How did I not see it? I wish I appreciated you more before.”
