Love Island contestant Molly-Mae Hague has done it again – after the success of the first collaboration in July this year, she’s teamed up with the global footwear and accessories brand Ego for her second, highly-anticipated 20-piece collection and even if we’re about to be locked back inside, at least we’ll look stylish around the house.
Named Molly-Mae x Ego Part II, the range contains a collection of shoes and handbags designed by the lady of the moment herself. It’s all available online now and, prices range from £19.99 – £44.99 for shoes, and £14.99 – £24.99 for bags. So what are you waiting for? Call it a midweek treat.
Taking inspiration from her imitable luxe aesthetic, each style champions Molly-Mae’s unapologetic “girl boss” attitude. For Part II, the collection dares to be bigger, better and braver than the first, with Molly-Mae excelling in the style stakes through her take on iconic high-glam trends and seasonal must-haves. Shot in Europe’s fashion capital Milan, the campaign portrays a sense of lavish opulence against a bustling cityscape, embodying the modern, bold taste of this fashion powerhouse.
Hero items include the ‘Invasion’ animal printed over-the-knee boots, seductive ‘Showoff’ – lace up stilettos, and ‘Donatella’, the satin strappy square toe with a killer heel, named after Italy’s leading fashion doyenne. The ‘Reaching’, an over-theknee, thigh high, chunky biker boot is a must for everyday drama or, take your inspiration from Molly-Mae and add the ‘Infatuated’ padded knotted detail mule to a casual outfit for a fearless, day-time look.
Back by popular demand, Part II promises a larger offering of iconic bags for the ultimate high-fashion look, such as the ‘Florence’, conical snakeskin bucket bag or perhaps you’ll fall in love with the red carpet-worthy knotted chainmail ‘Billie’, and the eponymous ‘Mae’ quilted shoulder-bag that will add a glamorous finishing touch to any outfit.
Molly-Mae said of her collection, “I’m so excited to bring out my second collection with Ego and had the chance to shoot the campaign this time in Milan which was amazing. I wanted to create something different from the first collection with more of a street style feel. My two current favourites from the edit are ‘show off’ and ‘new me’ because they’re both such a statement style and match perfectly with my outfits. I hope everyone loves the shoes as much as I do.”
Having just hit one million subscribers on her YouTube channel, Molly-Mae x Ego Part II is set to be the biggest collaboration yet for this footwear and accessory favourite.
