TOWIE’s Shelby Tribble has revealed she has been readmitted to hospital just hours after spending just one night at home with her newborn.
The reality TV star welcomed her first child with fiancé Sam Mucklow last week.
The mum did not have a straightforward labour and stayed in hospital for five days, with Sam describing her as an ‘absolute soldier.’
After announcing the safe arrival of her baby boy on Tuesday, Shelby, 27, said that she and the tot were ‘well and healthy’.
Later that evening she returned to social media to share a sweet photo of the family enjoying some quality time in front of their Christmas tree after being allowed home.
“He’s finally home having cuddles with his daddy,” cooed Shelby
However, this evening Shelby told she has been re-admitted to hospital after suffering with pre-eclampsia.
Sharing a photo of her in a hospital bed, she opened up to followers about the health scare.
“Readmitted into hospital after only just leaving and getting comfortable at home with daddy. F you pre-eclampsia.
“Baby is fine just mummy’s blood pressure is not,” she added.
Her concerned hubby-to-be Sam then shared a separate snap from hospital and described Shelby as a “Poor girl going through the wars.”
Staying on the positive side, Shelby called Sam a ‘hero’ and said she and their boy were ‘lucky’ to have him.
It comes a day after the couple announced to the world they had become first time parents.
Sam wrote: “So many beautiful people out there honestly overwhelming, thank you all. Shelby and our beautiful baby boy are both well and healthy.”
He also praised the NHS staff for supporting them after the difficult labour.
“Also need to thank all of the doctors, nurses, midwives in antenatal labour and postnatal at Queen’s Hospital Romford. So many lovely staff, we are so lucky to have ethe @nhsengland,” credited Sam.
He and Shelby initially revealed the were expecting back in May with a loved-up photo of them together with Shelby holding her baby bump.
